I lived in an eco room! I understand that it is no TV, no internet wired, no hairdryer, no radio, but without cleaning? walls were very dirty and there was a distressing picture.

The hotel was reasonably clean and pleasant. the location was magnificent and incredibly close to public transportation, making it easy to get around. - the staff was ready to assist and very smart. - the room was spotless, huge, and well-equipped with AC and wardrobes. - the breakfast had a good choice of options and the food was delightful.

Location was excellent, within walking distance of many museums and attractions.

The room was clean and big enough for a couple. It is simple but functionally furnished. The hotel is very closed to the city center where one can get in a 5- minute walk. Very nice restaurants and pubs in the nearby and also several supermarkets. The breakfast is excellent (buffet type) and so is the coffee.

The parking was too expensive but taking into account that it is situated very close to the city center I guess the price is ok.

The breakfast was delicious and perfect, they serve good food. I thoroughly enjoyed a good basic and brand-new room complete with a refrigerator and all the facilities. - the bed was very comfortable. - All the staff was smart, solved my issues.

The hotel rooms vere very nice, clean and tidy. The breakfasts were .good with a range of choices. The rooms on the road were a little noisey, but to be expected.

They only real complaint I had at this hotel was the staff, but this may be an Austrian trait. They appeared to be arrogant and not the least bit interested in helping you. We had to do most of our searching our selves, and our stay could have been made a lot easier with a better customer relationship........ We thought that we were booking a room with wifi, only to be told we would have to upgrade our room. A little anoying when we booked here as we knew they had wifi.

Hotel very central for sightseeing. Reception staff very helpful re transport to various sights They upgraded me to a superior room for the same price as standard. Buffet breakfast very good.Did not ask for payment until I checked out.Did not spare heating during an unnatural cold spell.Located in a very safe area.I Would highly recommend it for any sightseer.They also had a lovely enclosed courtyard a boon for smokers! All staff very friendly no problem for non-german speakers

Great location, nice staff, good value for price and location

We were accomodated in a room for disabled people and felt quite uncomfortable because of the huge space. We didn't like it but we ignore it because we stayed just for 2 nights. There was a christian cross on the wall in our room?! What if I am muslim?! One more at the reception desk as well...

a. Despite cheap furniture room is very clean and bright. Also hotel has a friendly stuff, good location near subway and the city centre.That's great chose for this price for those who need just sleep and have breakfast in hotel and spend all days on walking in the centre of Vienna.

The Internet exists in the room, but not wireless. Due to short wire (2-3 metres) it is not very convenient to use the Internet, for instance, in the bed.
